Lichen scleroatrophicus

It manifests itself in the form of white, atrophic and hypopigmented lesions on the glans or prepuce (sclerotic and discolored appearance of the prepuce and glans). It may be associated with itching, pain or a burning sensation. Formation of preputial adhesions, acquired phimosis and, in advanced cases, stenosis of the urethral meatus may occur.
