Circinate balanitis

Suspect if small, painless, superficial ulcers with slightly raised margins are present. It may also present as an annular serpiginous dermatitis, which usually has a grayish-white granular appearance with a white “geographic” margin. More likely if it occurs in association with other features of reactive arthritis.
