Acne grade 1: open comedones

Non-inflammatory acne. It appears in the form of “comedones” that can be classified as: 1) open: appears as a papule with gray, brown or black central content; 2) closed: appears as smooth, dome-shaped papules that can be skin-colored, whitish or grayish.
