1. What’s included in my subscription?

With your subscription you get unlimited access to all clinical algorithms available on the platform, as well as to new content added regularly.

2. What are our algorithms?

They are flowcharts based on up-to-date guidelines, designed to support fast and safe clinical decision-making in Primary Care.

3. Do I receive updates after subscribing?

Yes! Updates are automatic and ongoing, ensuring you always have the most recent version of the recommendations.
In addition, you’ll be notified directly on the platform, via newsletter and/or web push notifications whenever there are relevant updates.

4. What plans and prices are available?

• 1 year: €25
• 3 years: €60
• 5 years: €90

5. How does payment work? Is it secure?

Payments are processed securely through WooCommerce and trusted payment gateways (Ifthenpay). You can use credit card, debit card, or digital methods. After payment confirmation, the invoice is sent to your email.

6. Is there automatic renewal?

No. The subscription does not renew automatically. When the chosen period ends, you can renew manually.

7. How do I access the platform after subscribing?

Just sign in using the quick login (Google, Yahoo, etc.). Access is immediate after payment confirmation.

8. Is the platform mobile-friendly?

Yes! All content is optimized for desktop, tablet, and smartphone.
In addition, on your first visit from a mobile device you’ll be invited to install the algoritMD WebApp for a faster, more convenient experience.
9. Can I use the algorithms offline?
At the moment, the platform requires an internet connection to ensure access to the most up-to-date information.
