Algorithm of the approach to the diagnosis and treatment of acne

Algorithm that addresses the diagnosis of acne and defines the severity of the condition according to the lesions presented: comedonal, mild papular pustular lesions, moderate papular postular and severe or nodular papular postular. It suggests topical therapy with benzoyl peroxide, topical retinoids or an association between both in the most severe cases.
